Your documents are never used to train AI models. Every result is a draft for attorney review.
Jural reads the file, pulls out the parties, dates and obligations, and answers questions with the page they come from. Attorneys spend their hours on judgment, not on rereading.
Every clause is checked against the side you represent and your firm's own playbook. Each risk carries a severity, a clause reference and a redline you can accept or reject.
Response dates, hearing dates and notice periods go from the documents into a matter calendar with assignees. Conflict searches run across clients, adverse parties and related names before the engagement letter goes out.
Notes, emails and drafting activity become draft time entries with a narrative and a duration. The attorney approves each entry. The firm exports CSV or LEDES 1998B to its billing system.
Representing the Receiving Party. Seven pages read, three risks found, one redline proposed.
A two-way confidentiality agreement for evaluating a possible distribution partnership. Both sides disclose and both sides carry the same confidentiality duties, with one employee non-solicitation clause that runs against the Receiving Party only.
A 24 month non-solicitation and no-hire restriction binds only the Receiving Party and covers every employee of the other side, including people your client never met during the evaluation.
Confidential Information includes oral disclosures with no requirement to confirm them in writing within a set period, which makes it hard to prove what was and was not disclosed.
The Disclosing Party may seek injunctive relief without posting a bond, and the clause does not give the Receiving Party the same right.
Clause 7.2, page 4
Current text. For a period of twenty-four (24) months after the Effective Date, the Receiving Party shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit for employment or hire any employee of the Disclosing Party.
Proposed text. For a period of twelve (12) months after the Effective Date, neither party shall directly solicit for employment any employee of the other party with whom it had contact in connection with this Agreement. General solicitations not directed at such employees, and hiring any person who responds to them, do not breach this Section.
Reason. The restriction is now mutual, shorter and limited to people your client actually met, and ordinary job postings stay allowed.
Each module works on the same matters, the same documents and the same team permissions, so nothing is typed twice.

You decide who uses AI at the firm and on which matters. Jural gives you the controls to do that and the numbers to justify it.
A seat costs from $24 per user per month billed yearly. If Jural returns a single billable hour per attorney each month, the seat has paid for itself several times over.

No. Jural supports attorneys and does not provide legal advice. Every summary, risk, redline, draft and research answer is a draft for attorney review, and the attorney decides what goes to the client or the court.
Research answers cite only the sources Jural actually searched in that run, and each claim links to the passage it relies on. Jural never invents citations, and when it finds nothing relevant it says so instead of filling the gap.
No. Your documents, questions and drafts are never used to train AI models. They are processed only to produce the result you requested and are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Only the people with access to it. Owners set roles, attorneys add colleagues to their matters, and per-matter access walls keep everyone else out of the documents, chats and drafts. The activity log shows who opened what and when.
Yes. Upload your engagement letters, form agreements and clause positions, and Jural drafts from your templates and reviews contracts against your playbook. Firm and Enterprise plans share them across the whole firm.
PDF, DOCX and scanned documents. Scans go through text recognition first, so image-only PDFs from opposing counsel and medical providers can be searched and summarized.
